Since the cutting and grinding wheel is usually working at high speed,before using,the turning test should be carried out(during which it should promise that the cutting and grinding wheel won’t break under the highest working speed),in addition,the static balance test should also be carried out in order to avoid vibrations caused by machines.After a period of work,the cutting and grinding wheel is in need of maintenance so as to restore the grinding performance and keep correct geometry.
