Some of China fiber disc manufacturers produce fiber discs that have more number of blades than the general fiber discs, and in their business marketing activities, these fiber discs will usually be marked as "high density" or "long use life" and other labels. However, the high density of blades means increased production costs, which corresponds to a more expensive price. Because of the increasing in the number of blades, the angle of insertion will be even higher, at the same time, to enhance the cutting efficiency, the surface after polished will be more rough. As for the use life of the fiber disc, under normal circumstances, is really more the number of blades, the longer the use time.
