Grinding Tools for the Sanding of Molding

When considering the building of good profile of the moldings, you will need the proper sanding machines or tools, they can not only ensure the required shapes, but also the sanding quality. Here we introduce several useful China grinding wheels in sanding the molding.

1. The grinding wheel head

The grinding wheel heads get used to remove some particles and tooling marks on the surface of the molding but it will not do it completely. The grinding wheel head or mounted points work according to the profile and removes only a small quantity of the material.

2. The China flap disc

Using flap discs to sand the molds. In the China flap disc, heads are specially designed in such a way that it is very flexible so it has the capacity to sand any profile or molding. The flap head is helpful to remove all the small fibers which rise up on the surface part of the material.

3. The sand paper

Using sand paper is the best way to sand the molding because this tool will not cause any harm to the molding, it helps to finish the product perfectly. After this type of sanding, the molding will be ready for applying primer or stain. The downside is that it can remove only a specified tooling marks, not completely.
