Cutting and grinding wheels use and installation precautions

Precautions for cutting and grinding wheels :

1. Please check carefully before installing the cutting and grinding wheels . If there is any gap or other damage, please stop using it.

2. When the cutting and grinding wheels is marked with the direction of rotation, it must be in the same direction as the machine. On the contrary, the cutting is not sharp and it is difficult to perform the performance of the cutting and grinding wheels.

3. Please do not use cutting and grinding wheels that do not meet the requirements.

4. If an abnormality is found during the cutting process, stop immediately and check the cause.

5. When the cutting is not sharp, the grinding wheel should be trimmed. If it continues to be used, it may cause overheating and overloading, which may damage the grinding wheel.

6. In the grinding wheel rotation, it is strictly forbidden to cut by hand, and it is not allowed to touch sand with hands and body.

7. The cutting and grinding wheels is strictly prohibited for operations other than grooving or cutting, to avoid abnormalities due to uneven force.

Cutting and grinding wheels installation precautions:

1. It is necessary to understand the working line speed of the cutting and grinding wheels , and the grinding wheel with unclear or no mark must be re-tested by rotation, otherwise it is easy to confuse

2. Before installation, tap the cutting piece with a wooden hammer. If the sound is crisp, it means that the quality of the ultra-thin cutting piece is qualified. Otherwise, there may be cracks in the grinding wheel. This kind of grinding wheel cannot be used.
