　　1. Positive operation problems.

　　In daily use, many operators are always accustomed to operating the high-speed grinding wheel, mainly because it is convenient to use force in this direction. In fact, this is a very incorrect operation behavior. According to the operating rules, when grinding the workpiece, the operator should stand on the side instead of operating on the front. The front operation may cause the grinding wheel to fly out and hurt people.

　　2. Joint operation problem.

　　In actual production, sometimes two people use a high-speed grinder to operate at the same time in order to catch up with production tasks and grab working hours. This should be strictly prohibited.

　　3. Side grinding problem.

　　If you need to use the circumferential surface as the working surface, the operator should not use the side grinding method. In this working state, because the radial strength of the grinding wheel is relatively large, the axial strength is small, and if the operator exerts too much force, It will cause the grinding wheel to break.

　　4. Forced operation problems. 

In order to pursue the grinding speed, some operators use too much force, which will cause the high-speed grinding wheel to break, or even fly out to injure people. Therefore, the force should be controlled properly.
